I grew up reading comic books as a child, and contnued into my adult years. My favorites were Spiderman, Superman, Batman, The Hulk, The Justice League, The Avengers why? Because to me, they stood for something and did not compromise any of their values. Where ever evil reared it's head, they were there to meet the threat and deal with it. Well as I got older, I realized there were no Christian superhero's. Except for the X-men character Nightcrawler who had a pointy tail, blue skin and for all intents and purposes, looked like a demon.

Then there was SPAWN!
Al Simmons, once the U.S. government's greatest soldier and most effective assassin, was mercilessly executed by his own men. Resurrected from the ashes of his own grave in a flawed agreement with the powers of darkness, Simmons is reborn as a creature from the depths of Hell, "A Hellspawn". Now, Spawn must choose between his life on Earth and his place on a throne in Hell. I liked the origin on this story.

Then there was ZAURIEL, an angel from God who became a super-hero and a member of the Justice League of America. Zauriel is not simply a 'generic' angel, he specifically invokes the name of Jesus Christ as a source of strength. Zauriel can be regarded as a Christian. He has never stated his preference for a specific denomination, and it is unlikely that he ever will.

Another example of a superhero I heard about was a female who kept getting born over and over again. Why? because she wiped JESUS face when he was being beaten, whipped and forced to carry his cross to for his crucifixion. I forgot what comic depicted this character.

So, I came up with one and behold JADIAN is born. What inspired JADIAN was my own growing into the Christian faith, and growing closer to Christ in my walk. As the character began to unfold in my mind, I stumbled on the name by accident. JADIAN is a Malaysian word that means "Supernatural Creation".

Who is Jadian? Well she is NOT from another planet, not the product of radiation or government experiments. She WAS NOT created by mythological god's like other superhero's. She was created by GOD. My Creator El Elyon: Most High God-Sovereign Over All. The Great I AM!

Her Mission: Lead people to a liberating and life changing connection with Jesus Christ. To help out where she's needed, to inspire people to achieve higher through Christ. Phillipians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. To deal with threats, supervillians and the evil organization known only as 'The Circle'

Jadian's Powers:

• Strength of Samson (given by Samson himself)
• Wisdom access to Solomon's wisdom (given by Solomon himself)
• The speed, agility and the power of flight from the ArchAngel Michael, he is from Revelations 12:7 also many of his skills which she is just learning
• spiritual discernment about things

Jadian's Weaknesses:

• A strong lack of faith causes her powers to diminish
• Her hair being cut causes weakness much like Superman to Kryptonite (Like Samson's weakness) Large portions of her hair removed renders her powerless. But her hair if left alone for a short period of time, grows back very quickly, restoring her powers.
